We require the completion of the following two forms prior to your first session. READ the information below and do what it says if you would like to book with us (click the two red buttons below to complete the online forms):
Submissive Checklist: This is a list of services that we offer, and is used to create your personalized session itineraries. Aside from what you already know you like, you may find other elements within that interests you that you've never experienced or even considered. If there is something you desire that is not on the list, feel free to contact us and we will let you know if it can be offered.
Documentation Requirements: You must complete and submit the online form prior to your first session (the earlier the better).
Negotiation Form: This form has a few purposes, but mainly, it will notify us of any physical or emotional issues that may hinder a positive experience. As much as we will enjoy torturing you, the torture must be consentual and intentional, and not accidental. This is for your own safety.
